Overview
This is our primary MongoDB cluster that hosts all company databases. Each company’s data is stored in a separate database named after their organization_id.
Key Collections
chat_history: Stores conversation data between users and agents (Samuel and Emile)transcripts: Contains transcripts generated by Emile, including metadata used by the frontend
Usage
This cluster is primarily used by:
- Samuel: For storing and retrieving chat history
- Emile: For managing transcripts and chat interactions
- Frontend applications: For displaying user data and transcripts
